It is given that PQ= 6 unit and OM = 4 unit so , 
QN= PN = 3 unit as CN is perpendicular from C to chord PN, 
so in right angle triangle CQN , 
CN=MO = 4 unit, CQ2=QN2+NC2CQ=32+42=5 unit,Now CQ=CM = radius = 5 unit so , co-ordinate of C = (5,4)and radius = 5 unit so, equation of circle is, x-52+y-42=52x2+y2-10x-8y+41-25=0x2+y2-10x-8y+16=0
