Your question is wrong. It must be a rectangle because a square is a shape which has equal sides,whereas in your question it has length and breadth. So it must be a rectangle. And if it is the rectangle,then the formula for perimeter of a rectangle is 2(l+b) units. And the formula for the perimeter of a square is 4*S units.
