Find the sum of first five multiples of 3?

First five multiple of 3 are:

3, 6, 9, 12, 15

Here first term, a = 3

common difference, d = 6 – 3 = 3

Number of term, n = 5

s5 = 9 × 5 = 45

  • 23

s5=52[3+15]

S5=52(18)

S5=45

  • 3

 S5 =  5 2 ( 2*5 + ( 5 - 1 ) 5

  = 52 ( 30 )

 = 75 :))
