= x2 + 1/x2 + x4 + 1/x4 ...... upto infinity

=x2/(1-x2) + 1/x2(1-1/x2)

=x2/(1-x2) +1/(x2-1)

sorry i solved it upto infinity this is the solution for n terms

= x2 + 1/x2 + x4 + 1/x4 +........ + 2n

=x2(x2n-1)/(1-x2) + (1/x2n-1)/x2(1-1/x2)

solve it and you will get this

=(x2n-1)(1-x2n+2)/(x2-1)(x2n)
