Here is the explanation to the said questions.
 
Sn = 3 + 7 + 14 + 24 + 37 + …  … (1)
Sn =  3 + 7 + 14 + 24 + 37+ …   … (2)
Subtracting (2) from (1):
0 = 3 + [4 + 7 + 10 + 13 + … (n – 1) terms] – an 
[4, 7, 10, 13, … (n – 1) terms is an AP with a = 4, d = 3]
