Force of 16N and 12N are acting on a mass of 200kg in mutually perpendicular directions.Find the magnitude of acceleration produced?

Force 1 = a = 12 N ,
Force 2 = b =16 N
m=200 kg

F= sqrt{a^{2}+b^{2}+2 a b costheta }

F= sqrt{a^{2}+b^{2}

F= sqrt{16^{2}+12^{2}

F=20 N

a= frac{F}{m} = frac{20}{200} = 0.1m/s^{2}
