The tertiary sector or the service sector is the third sector of the economy. This sector involves provision of services to other businesses as well as final consumers. These services include transportation, hospitality, telecommunications etc.So as fat as Cooking is concerned, if it is for providing services to other businesses or consumers like a case of a restaurant, it can be considered as a part of tertiary sector. Howerver, if it is for personal consumption, it won't be considered a part of this sector.
