a) Cancer- Symptoms of cancer can vary depending upon the type unless treated early, making it a chronic disease
b) Diabetes- Body almost stops producing insulin and thus, the person has to take care of his/ her sugar levels all the time during rest of their lives making diabetes a chronic disease.
c) Elephantiasis- It is a chronic disease because it has a long term effect on person's health.It affects the leg and the leg remains bulged for a long time.
