from where the nucleic acid comes?? and what happens to the end product i.e sugar and N2 base??

The nucleic acids are present in the cells of the food. The end product of nucleic acid digestion is nucleotides which are a complex of a nitrogenous base, sugar and phosphate. These nucleotides are absorbed by the body and assimilated by the cells to form their own nucleic acids. Since nucleic acids are an important component of cells, it is necessary to digest nucleic acids present in food.
