Give an example for a plan which is neither single nor standing plan

Dear student
A plan which is neither single or standing plan is Objectives.
Objectives are not single use plan because objectives are made for longer duration and cannot be treated as single use. On the other hand, objectives are not standing plan as objectives can be altered from time to time as per the changes in the management.
So objectives are neither single use plan nor standing plan.

objective and strategies are not single use plan because these r formulated for longer period of time and usability than the single use plan which can only be used once 
the objective and strategies r not standing plan because standing plan  can never be altered but objectives and strategies can be altered  to materialise  the standing plan,, since objective and strategies r niether single or nor standing plan
