Poultry is a domesticated bird, where as cattle is a domesticated bovine animal. Cross-breed between these two organism is not possible.
Cross breed of cattle: Gelbvieh, Jersey, Holstein Friesian, brown swiss etc.
Cross breed of poultry: Rhode Island Red, Leghorn chicken etc.
