$∆$ ABC has base BC = 6 cm and height AD = 4 cm, other sides AB =12 cm, CA = 17 cm.

Area of $∆$ ABC  = $\frac{1}{2}\times 6 \times 4 = 3 \times 4$ = 12 cm²
 And

$∆$PQR has base QR = 8 cm and height PM = 3 cm, other sides PQ = 9 cm, RP = 10 cm.

Area of $∆$ PQR = $\frac{1}{2}\times 8 \times 3 = 4 \times 3$= 12 cm²

Here we can see that Area of $∆$ ABC  = Area of $∆$ PQR  , But both triangles are congruent to each other ( As both have different sides )
