Isobar are those having same number of nucleons.
So, the isobar of ${}_6{C^{14}}_{ } is{ }_7{N}^{14}.$

Isotone are those having same number of neutrons.
So, the isotones of ${}_6{C^{14}}_{ } are{ }_8{O^{16}}_{ },{ }_7{N}^{15} have 8 neutrons.$
