Dear Student

a)
Newton's three laws of motion may be stated as follows:

  1. Every object in a state of uniform motion will remain in that state of motion unless an external force acts on it.
  2. Force equals mass times acceleration [ $ f(t)=m\,a(t)$ ].
  3. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
b) Newton's first law of motion defines force
c) Third law states that force will always exist in pairs of action and reaction

d) Newton 's second law of motion gives the measure of force.  Newton's second law of motion defines force on a body as rate of change of linear momentum of the body.

e) The first law, also called the law of inertia.
f)
Second law is the real law of motion: This can be proved by showing that first law and third law are contained in second law of motion.
