give reason blood is mixture not a compound?

A major difference between a mixture and compound is that mixture can be separated by any physical means but compound cannot be separated in its components by any physical method.

Blood can be centrifuged and its components are get separated as plasma, platelet, WBC, RBC etc.That's why blood is a mixture of components.
