Jisha poured chilled juice in a glass. After a while she observed water droplets on
the surface of the glass.

Due to condensation,the water vapours present in air outside the glass, comes in contact with the cold glass of water, loses energy and gets converted to the liquid state, which we see as water droplets on the surface of glass.This is because due to the interaction of thermal energy between one state to another state of matter.As the molecules of water vapour present in the air come in contact with the glass containing chilled juice, it begins to release some amount of thermal energy. Due to this the vapours get converted to liquid state and appear in the form of water Droplets.
