Dear student,
Please find below the solution to the asked query

a. Malaria
The principle of treatment of malaria is the early recognition of Plasmodium infection followed by effective treatment treatment with an appropriate antimalarial drugs (Chloroquine, primaquine etc) that will reduce morbidity and mortality from malaria. The first dose of antimalarial drug should be administered using “Direct observed therapy (DOT)”. Choice of drugs is also an important factor, as most of the times, Plasmodium becomes resistant against particular drugs. Adequate fluid intake and proper sanitation should be maintained in order to prevent further transmission.

b. Chickenpox
Paracetamol, Ibuprofen etc. are given for fever during chickenpox while cooling gels, antihistamines are given to prevent itching. Plenty of water is consumed to avoid dehydration.
