for parallel lines a1/a2=b1/b2is not equal to c1/c2 

so in this equation a1=3 b1=4 and c1=-8 

therefore a2 should be 6 , b2 should be 8 and c2 should not be equal to -16

only then a1/a2=b1/b2is not equal to c1/c2 can be possible i.e parallel lines
