This is not a Subjective Query, but I need your little help to sovle my issue.
Actually in school, I have been taught by my teacher that AUXIN is a photophillic hormone but when I checked meritnation and references I got to know that the information given by him is not synchronising with the content of books and expert answer. I told him, that sir I had read somewhere regarding this, and this is incorrect.

Your teacher must have read the information somewhere, maybe in some advanced journal or research paper which is yet to be published. That is why he is conveying it to you. You should ask him about the reference book he is using.You can clear your doubt from that book.
