Grandparents teaches a lot about kindness benevolence generosity and compassion elaborate (with reference not of the poem Portrait of a Lady)

Dear Student.

In the chapter, the grandmother is shown as a very caring person. She used to wake up the author in the morning and get him ready for school. She was very concerned about the author's education. She would fetch the wooden board which she had already plastered with yellow chalk. She fed the sparrows with bits of bread. She would feed the dogs on her way to the temple. All this shows the kindness, benevolence and generosity in her nature. Similarly, all the grandparents are equally compassionate and humble, and that is something we should learn from them.

We hope that this answer solves your query.
Regards.
