Growth and Development are never sustainable if environment degradation is not stopped. Explain.
Any growth cannot be sustained if environment degradation is not stopped. Sustainable Development is defined as the development which is achieved not at the cost of future generation. For instance, if we keep on consuming and exploiting our environment in greed for more growth and then a day will come when we won’t have clean air to breath, clean land to live on or no land at all. In short, there will be no humanity and if there won’t be anyone to experience and carry forward this growth then what is the use of such growth. That is why conservation of environment is very important and is the need of the hour.
