harmful effects of iron and aluminium in 10 points each
Dear student,
The harmful effects of iron are-
1) At high doses, iron is toxic.
2) It can cause side effects such as stomach upset and pain constipation or diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting.
3) Taking iron supplements with food seems to reduce some of these side effects. However, food can also reduce how well the body can absorb iron.

8) The high iron level can cause fatigue and lethargy, darkening of the skin, weight loss, and weakness.
9) The most common iron overload disorder is hereditary hemochromatosis.
# Harmful effects of Aluminium are-
1) Exposure to aluminium is usually not harmful, but exposure to high levels can cause serious health problems.
2) High aluminium intake may be harmful to some patients with bone diseases or renal impairment.
3) It also reduces the growth rate of human brain cells.
4) Aluminum is related to many brain diseases including Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and multiple sclerosis.
5) With an extremely high dose of aluminium develops toxic tau tangles in brains.
6) Excessive intake of Aluminium can cause the following-
a) Diminished kidney function
b) Hemodialysis
c) Drinking or ingesting substances that are high in aluminium
d) Living or working in an environment that contains high levels of aluminium
e) Receiving long-term IV nutrition
