we can see in this question we have to change active voice into passive voice.

while changing his sentence from active to passive voice we always do some structural changes and some changes in the order of the sentence and so on and so forth.?

hence , while changing in this sentence to we will have to do the same
is the answer that comes forward will be:-

I was kept waiting by him.

as you can see we have change the order of arrangement of the sentence along with some minor structural differences.
