"He knows me" change the voice ?
I have written that "I am known to him" is it correct? if not then why ?pls explain in detail

Dear Student, 

"I am known to him" is not a passive sentence. Here "known" is an adjective, not a past participle. "He" is not the recipient of any action. Stative verbs like know, appear, seem etc. cannot be used in passive voice. So, the given sentence cannot be changed into passive voice. It is simply a statement.
