hello! i have not understood till now that how to find the CP if LOSS% is given. can u please explain me in detail?

 you know the formula for finding loss% IF CP and SP(or loss) are given.

loss%=(loss/CP)X100

loss%=((CP-SP)/CP)X100

SO if loss% is given then its simple

as you know when you take a quantity to other side of equal(=) then multiplication changes to division and division to multiplication.

so when we take CP to other side of equal(=) it will change to MULTIPLICATION with loss%

loss%X CP= lossX100

then take loss% to other side it will result into

CP= (LOSS/LOSS%)X100

WHICH IS THE FORMULA TO CALCULATE CP WHEN LOSS% IS GIVEN
