Radius ( r ) = 48/2 = 24 m
Height ( h ) = 10 m

So , length will be
l square = r square + h square
l square = 24 square + 10 square
l square = 676 m square
l = √ 676 m square
l = 26 m
Now we finds its CSA ,

= π r l
= 22/7 * 24 * 26 m square
= 1961 14286 m square

1 m square of canvas = Rs 70
1961 14286 of canvas= Rs 70 * 1961 14286
= Rs 137280
