Hey geologists !! Can you please explain me the below paragraph about endogenic processes in !!!?

Dear Student, 
  • Energy generated from the earth's interior drives endogenic geomorphic processes.
  • This energy varies with depth and thus creates a geothermal gradient. 
  • Thus at different depths, lithosphere experiences different magnitudes of energy. 
  • This results in the deformation of lithospheric crust - faults and folds (Diastrophism). 
  • It may also lead to the surface manifestation of earth's internal energy in the form of volcanoes at certain places.
  • Endogenetic or tectonic forces act non uniformly. So, geomorphic structures formed by endogenetic forces are uneven.
