Pressure due to liquid column is -
P-P0 = ρgh

Velocity of efflux is-
v = √2gh
v = √[2(P-P0)/ρ]
v = √[2(3×10^5-10^5)/1000]
v = √(4×10^5 / 1000)
v = 20 m/s
So option B is correct
