'His dreams loom like a mirage'.Whose dreams are being reffered to and why are they compared to a mirage?
Here mukesh's dreams are being reffered to and they are compared to a mirag becausehe lives in such a poor condition that it is impossible for him to learn a car even.. he is in a family which has been making bangles for many decades and they treat it like their culture and tradition.. we find mukesh's grand mother saying that it is thier karma, the destiny.. his family won't support him to make the dream come true even if they know that working for years in those bvangle making mills will make him blind.. so the dream is compared to a mirag admist the dust of streets in which he lives..
hope this helps you.. cheers..
