4. Planning reduces creativity as it does not allow any flexibility. One has to follow the steps as prescribed in pre determined plans. 

5. In Job Rotation, trainee is shifted from one department to another. 

6. At top level of management, more time is consumed on planning as compared to other. 

7. One negative impact of government policy changes on business and industry is that it has increased competition due to which technology advancement is taking place at a fast pace which is disadvantageous for small firms.
