Hormones produced only during pregnency

During pregnancy female body undergoes lots of changes. Many hormone changes occur during this period. HCG also called as Human Chorionic Gonadotropin is produced only during pregnancy and thus its presence in urine or blood is detected to confirm pregnancy. Human placental lactogen is the hormone produced by placenta which helps to provide nutrition for the foetus and stimulates milk production.
