How all the animals are dependent on photosynthesis in food chain?

It is linear sequence of chain of organisms in which each organism is eaten by the next member of the sequence. Their interactions among organisms involve the transfer of energy from one to another. It generally includes 3-4 levels. The first level or first trophic level is of primary producer, these the food producer which make their own food from which all other organisms feed upon, generally it include plants (as only living beings which can synthesize their own food - autotrophs). Hence, all animals are dependent on photosynthesis in the food chain.
