In five kingdom classification , Heterotrophs can not prepare their own food so they were kept in separate kingdom of multicellular organisms as they could not produce their own food. The five kingdoms are monera, protista , fungi, plantae & animalia. Organisms with multicellular and also heterotrophic are included in two kingdoms fungi and animalia. Kingdom monera includes unicellular prokaryotes. Kingdom protista all cellular eukaryotes. Kingdon plantae is autotrophic not heterotrophic. 
so the correct option is option 3.
