How are diseases manifested?

Diseases are manifested with the appearance of symptoms. Different diseases show different symptoms. Mainly in case of any parasitic, bacterial or viral diseases, body show the first sign by developing fever. However, in case of genetic diseases they manifest by showing allergic reactions on the body. So, manifestation of disease depends on the type of symptom shown by it.
