how are people being discriminated

In our country, there are many grounds on which people are being discriminated. Main are:- caste, creed, race, skin colour, religion, place of birth, etc. The abolishment of discrimination on all these mentioned grounds is present in the Article 15 of the Indian Constitution. The government has also launched many schemes and passed many laws to abolish discrimination, but still some orthodox regions discriminate backward class people on the mentioned above grounds.
