how are pulses different or similar from one another in terms of nutritional benefit

Pulses include beans, lentils and peas.
Nutritional benefit of pulses are as follows :
Lentils- They are particularly rich in dietary fiber, lean protein, folate and iron.Also, they are a good source of potassium, calcium, zinc, niacin and vitamin K.
Some of the examples of lentils include- red, green, yellow and brown lentils

Beans- It contains isoflavones and phytosterols, which are cancer fighting chemicals. They are high in carbohydarte, protein,vitamins and mierals and are low in fat.
Some of the examples of beans include- baked beans, runner beans, broad beans (fava beans), kidney beans, butter beans (Lima beans), etc.

Peas- They are an excellent source of molybdenum. Also they are a very good source of dietary fiber and a good source of manganese, copper, protein, folate, vitamin B1, phosphorus, vitamin B5, and potassium.
Some of the examples of peas includes- â€‹chickpeas (chana),garden peas,black-eyed peas
