How are the tea pluckers different from the other form labours? (Tea from Assam)

Dear Student, 

Tea pluckers are distinctly identifiable because they carry bamboo baskets on their back to put the newly sprouted tea leaves in them. They also wear plastic aprons. It is their appearance that makes them different from other farm labourers.
