Consumers can guided by these institutions and know their rights about consumer protection act. Event such institutions can also lodge the file against any company on the behalf of any individual, and such groups receive the financial aid from, Government. ,

Consumer Movement is the collective power of the end user of products or services. For the movement to be successful, all the end users have to come together and participate in its working.
The Movement should have the support of the government, as well as agencies associated with the sale of products or services. With support of consumers, the movement has the bargaining, as well as the lobbying power to get the required quality and service levels from the producer or marketer. The judiciary recognises such organisations which stand up for the right of the consumer.
