how can democracy adjust the dignity and cast discrimination in one system

Democracy can adjust to the dignity of women and caste discrimination in one system in the following manner: (a. )By extending legal and political equality to women, to the weaker sections of society, to the marginalized. (b. )By guaranteeing fundamental rights to all. (c.) Giving adequate representation to them and protection through various safeguards. (d. )This will give political voice to the marginalized and will increase their democratic consciousness. (e. )This will enable women, lower casts and other disadvantaged groups to wage their struggle for justice, fairness with a legal backing.
