The full form of IAS is INDIAN ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES.IAS is one of the top and core services of INDIA and the top ranker who secures best marks are only eligible for IAS. To get into the IAS,you will have to give the "UPSC held CIVIL SERVICES EXAMINATIONS." It is a common exam to get the IAS,IPS etc.

first you need to cmplete some degree and then prepare for the IAS exam that depends on you how much time you take to prepare for the exam there are even coaching classes based on your mark you will posts like IFS, IAS, IPS etc
