how can one pair of eyes give vision to four corneal blind people

Dear student, If a person who has corneal problem located in anterior part of cornea then there is no need to replace whole cornea but only anterior part of cornea including epithelium, Bowman's layer and stroma are replaced. If a person presents with disease of endothelium like Fuchs dystrophy etc ,we can replace only posterior two layers So this way a single cornea can be used in two corneal blind people Regards
