how can the governor,inspector,visitor contribute to imprpve the condition of slum children?

The governor, inspector and visitor should undertake measures to improve the conditions of slum children and visit the slum areas atleast twice or thrice a month, talk to the people and know their problems. This will help rectify the abominable condition in which these children live and help make them pursue education.
