how can tribal people and government work together to conserve forest

Tribal communities have been playing a significant role in conserving forests since age old times. The programmes like Van Mahotsava where communities  played a greater role in the conservation of the forests.They also maintained a cordial and friendly relations with this habitation without disturbing their balance. 
The government can encourage more and more such programmes from the local communities for forest conservation and join hands with them in saving the lives of endangered species from poachers and hunters.
