  • In carbohydrates, you can take roti or rice.
  • Proteins can be consumed in the form of yogurt, broccoli etc.
  • In fats, ghee, oil, chia seeds etc can be taken.
​​All these are not very costly and must be included in diet. Along with these, leafy vegetables, fruits, water should also be included.
