How can we say that the seeds of second world war was sown in Frankfurt treaty

Dear Student

I think your question is " How can we say that the seeds of second world war was sown in treaty of versailles?"

Answer:
The seeds of the second world war were sown in the treaty of Versailles. The treaty imposed heavy reparations on Germany and imposed the entire guilt of starting the first world war on Germany. The German economy was bankrupted as a result of the heavy burdens imposed by the treaty. Germany also suffered a loss of national territory and was banned from having strong military forces. Such impositions created resentment among the people of Germany which Hitler and the Nazis were able to exploit and come to power. Once Hitler came to power, the second world war became inevitable.
