How can we separate powdered salt and sugar???

We  can  separate the mixture of powdered sugar and salt by dissolving in such a solvent, in which one component of the mixture is soluble and other is not.

For example, if we dissolve mixture of powdered sugar with salt in alcohol , sugar will dissolve in it but salt will not. It will settle at the bottom of the solution. So, salt can be separated from this solution by filtration. We can filter this solution  , with a filter paper . Salt will remain in the filter paper .

Next , we have to separate sugar in alcohol . For this, evaporate the alcohol and sugar will remain at the bottom of the container . Thus , we can separate  powdered salt and sugar

thumps up plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

hope it helps!!!
