How could Firdaus Kanga feel the anguish that Stephen Hawking was feeling if he was able to talk normally?  

Stephen’s anguish was felt by Firdaus Kanga when he saw that Hawking found it difficult to find the right words on his computer.  He felt frustrated and tired because of this.
