How did change personalities happen?

Dear student 

Mrs. Fitzgerald was a fortune teller who had magical powers, and had the ability to cast spells. With her magical powers, she switches personalities with Mrs. Pearson, and physically swapped their bodies. She did this so that she could teach Mrs. Pearson's family a lesson.
