how did miss Sullivan help Hellen Keller to pronounce words correctly

Dear student,

Miss Sullivan took Helen to Miss Fuller who taught her how to articulate words by placing her hand on her face while she spoke to learn to catch the vibrations of words. Miss Sullivan constantly corrected Helen for mispronouncing words. Helen used her fingers in trying to catch the vibrations of the words, the movements of the mouth and the expressions of the face. Miss Sullivan made her repeat words constantly to correct her pronunciation. Of course, she was the one who had taught her the alphabet and words by spelling them out on her hands.
