HOW DID PEGGY AND MADDIE WISH TO MAKE AMENDS

Peggy and Maddie wished to make amends by sending a letter to Wanda saying sorry for their behaviour. As the letter did not come back, they thought Wanda must have received the letter but she is too angry to respond.
